What is it? Jellyfish?

Every now and then I see these things floating through the water that look like jellyfish. They are transparent and about 1/2 inch in lenghth. Sometimes there are several of them almost look like little pieces of plastic bags that the fish come in, but it's not. I have a 50g FOLR with some feather dusters, mushrooms, and polyps.

I doubt that they are jellyfish. It is probably something that came in on your live rock. I doubt they could survive it. I would keep a close eye on it just in case. Do they seem to be living? could it be like slime or something? Keep us posted.

I also doubt it is a jellyfish. So it floats and doesn't swim?

Could be what you said a worm of some sort, they don't look like they are swimming around just drifting through the water. i see them mainly at night.
