what is it?

i feed my percs frozen brine shrimp. i was looking in the tank a few minutes ago and my percs were bumping into the glass so i looked closer and there are tiny white things moving on the glass that have the same body as the brine shrimp i feed. they were eating these things. what are they?

I'd pretty sure they are pods... always a good sign.

good, i know i got some chaeto from a friend and she said they had pods on them. so yay
