My blue jaw trigger started showing some small spots this morning, they look kind of like small air bubbles. Haven't seen him rubbing against the rocks or anything. Any ideas? I've only had him 10 days, my nitrate is 20 ppm...doing a water change tomorrow.

Is it in a quarantine tank?I would say to just keep a good eye on him.

First if they are air bubbles they will go away in a short time (one of my Puffs somehow will get bubbles under its chin sometimes and they are gone within a few hours. If it is spots then they will be more in time and will radiate from the same area. Must determine which they are then a decision can be made about what to do with it. Keep close eye and get back if they are proven to be spots not bubbles.

Thanks guys, he's in a tank w/ LR and some inverts...I'll keep an eye on him and if I need to put him in a Q-tank I'll post back here for help.
