i just got a pair of true percs yesterday along with their anenome. i know the male has the "twitches" for the female. their anenome footed in a piece of holey rock and this is what happened that im not sure of:
one clown backed into a hole and shook and swam out
the second clown went to the hole and put its mouth in the hole
the first clown backed into the hole again and shook and once again swam out.
then both went back to the anenome.
there is nothing in the hole, its just a through and through hole.
could they be looking for an egg spot?
how do they lay eggs?
what were they doing?
