What is my clown(s) doing?

While watching the tank, I noticed the one clown over in their home where they sleep at night swimming funnily. Head up tail down quivvering. The one would do it first and then moments later the other one would come along and in the same spot do the same thing. They certainly seem to be healthy. All tank mates seem happy and healthy. The missus and I got a video of them doing it out in the open of the tank. FF the video to the 1:40 or so mark.

Looks like a mating dance to me. Lower the lights and play some Barry White and Luther Vandross.
Get some wine for the missus and get jiggy wit it!!!!!

My clownfish have done that before too. I had a pair of black and white ones that did it. I'm not really sure what it is either, but they were just fine. So I don't think it's anything to be worried about. =]

The local clown breeder said that it certainly is a "marrige" thing where the male is showing submissiveness to the female and that the honeymoon is quickly approaching. So now I have to explain to my little girl that the eggs she sees, when they are laid, will not survive as I have no intentions of attempting to raise the fry.
