What is the best way to cycle?

Hello,
Can tell me the best way to cycle a fish tank
I have a 55 gallon tank and have 3 damsels
and one grab... I have live sand in it and a
3000 millieum filter. Can you tell me how I can
quicken the cycle if possible. Any advice/suggest
ions would be greatly appreciated.

my 2 cents...take the damsels back to the lfs. throw in a few little shrimp (from walmart or where ever). in a few days the shrimp will start to decompose and start your cycle, you can also use, lr, flake food, brine shrimp ect...
the damsels may die. they are hardy and may live...most don't like the idea of killing a fish...and most seem to get rid of the damsels after they cycle and want to add other fish...
note...the fastest way is not always the best way...don't rush things....

how much live sand and live rock do you have in that 55 G tank?

your best friend in this hobby is patience the cycle will take at least 6 weeks you can use fish, shrimp, or flake food like said before but you should not rush
