What is the most colorful REEF SAFE fish?

Ok i have a 120 gallon tank.
It has in it the following
150 Blue Leg Hermits
100 Scarlet Reef Hermits
100 Turbo Snails
2 Damsels
1 Sixline Wrasse
Devils Hand Finger Coral
Green Open Brain
Frogspawn
Ivyopora [flowerpot type coral]
I want about 3 more fish in here, i want these fish to look really colorful. I was thinking along the lines of a powder blue tang, a yellow tang, Emperor Angel, Queen Angel..... any suggestions or comments on how hard these fish are to keep? Thanks for the info guys

First, large angels are not reef safe. I like dwarf angels like the flame or coral beauty, but again some might pick on your polyps and some may not. However, I like the way the swim in and out of the rocks. Yellow tangs are bright and firefish. There are a lot of gobies that are colorful too, and they have great personalities. Hawkfish are nice, but could kill shrimps. Powder blue tangs are not the hardiest tangs to have and are known for their diseases.

I would go with a yellow tang, a regal (hippo) tang, and probably a hawkfish. The yellow tang is almost neon yellow under vhos and look beautiful swimming in front of a coralline-covered lr wall. It is also one of the more hardy and inexpensive tangs. The regal tang is alot more ich prone but with good filtration and a stable environment, he'll be fine. I love the electric blue body with the tattoo looking black design. The hawkfish will add a ton of character to your tank. They are really fun to watch. Good luck!

I love anthias. They are awsome fish. The draw back.. (beauty always comes with baggage)
They eat alot and need to be feed alot. Multiple times a day. Most people have better luck with them in groups of one male and a couple of female.
They are cool fish and come in a variety of colors. I have been looking into them for a while now but I hate feeding my tank that much. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind feeding but, Just affraid I will have to feed too much.

Manderians are pretty but hard to keep. Make sure you have a LOT of pods are it will starve. I would stay away from all angels including pygmys as I have had them all and they all wanted to eat my coral. Tangs are nice but are to prone to ich and treating them in a reef tank is not the best thing to do. If it was my tank I would opt for some dottybacks or the firefish mentioned before.

if you have live rock than a manderian is good. 60lbs or more of rock would keep a manderian alive. and if not sure it can reseed tank every 6 months or so from <a href="http://www.ipsf.com" target="_blank">www.ipsf.com</a>

Wamp, so true. I've never heard it put so perfectly pertaining to reef critters! Two of the most beautiful fish IMO are tangs and lionfish. Tangs, lets just say, are not the hardiest fish around. Lionfish will kick your ass if you're not careful. Baggage.

Coral beauty or Flame angel......i haven't had probs with mine eating corals.....but you may.....just make sure he is fed and you will have NP!!

Powder blue tang. Get one which is eating and about 31/2-4inches. Make sure you quarentine. No exception for this fish. Good luck.
