I keep hearing everyone talking about fragging. How do you do it? If you cut them in half, won't it hurt or kill them? Or is it like a plant and grows multiples? I have some zoos and I was wondering. Also, how do you know when it's time to frag? Please help!

That is a very good thread. I think the most important part of fragging is deciding which tool is best to use. Bone cutters, rotary tool, razor blade or in some cases scissors. Reefkeeperz has some great videos in the fragging section here.
As for zoas and palys just make sure you wear gloves and goggles. Know a guy who was fragging a zoa colony and he had some juice squirted into his eye. Lost vision for a few hours and the eye was bloodshot for the rest of the day.
