what is the quietest return pump

I need to know what would be the quietest return pump that pumps 1200gph with a 4ft head. Any suggestions would be helpful, thank you.

My iwaki was very quiet, T4 velocity pumps are too, but they get way way too hot in my opinion.

It's not really as simple as that. How large is your tank? What are you dimensions? What is your sump rated for? What is your overflow box rated for? What type of organisms is it going to hold? Is it going to a fish only tank, LPS, or SpS tank? Will your pump run a refugium, a chiller, a protein skimmer bucket?
There are too many possibilities in this question.

My tank is a 125gal, with the two megaflow overflows, both will handle 600gph because has 1" drains and 3/4"return, so both together equals 1200gph. Will be a FOWLR. I plan on using a 55gal for a sump. Doesn't matter if internal or external, will not spend over 200.00. I think that answers most of the questions. Thank you.

I'd go with the MD40 from iwaki should put you right at 1100 gph with that much head if I remember the chart right.
