What is the water turnover in your tank?

Hi Everyone,
I was looking at swapping some equipment around in my 29 gallon tank and was calculating the water turnover and it would end up at 32.5x an hour (300gph + 300gph + 340gph = 940gph / 29 gallons = 32.5 ~ which I believe could possibly be overkill ~ LOL). So, as nano reefers, I wanted to know what your turnover is? Thanks!

28x rate in a 24g. Everything is fine. Wat type of tank do u have or plan to have. U don't need that much flow unless u plan on sps corals. Just make sure u don't have dead spots.

Nah, I live in Hampton and generally get stuff online, but Ive heard really good things about them!
