I got this off a leg of a oil platform in Gulf of Mexico out of Mobile Al. I thought it was a sponge but not sure now. It is spreading to other rocks. Have had it about 3-4 weeks (maybe a little longer). Anyone know what it is..and what the results (good or bad) will be...
