What is this creature???

This guy appeared in my tank a day after I added some new live rock. It is about the size of a dime. At first I thought it might be some kind of coral spore, but it moved about half an inch in a 3 hour period. Is it some kind of tiny star fish?

yes, but hopefully ophiuria will answer. Shes the starfish expert on here and can probably tell you the exact kind.
