It's probably and adult damsel...sounds like it may be a "blue/neon velvet" damsel (Neoglyphidodon oxyodo), but without a photo, everything is a guess... If that is indeed the fish, they're nasty-tempered just like any other damsel.

Apparently it is a neon velvet damsel but ge has very little neon colors just the line and a little neon on the tail , he only picks on the naked cinnamon clown sometimes but the yellow tang picks on the neon velvet and thank you
