what is this in my tank? jellyfish?

its a tiny round disk with small things underneath it thats floating around the tank pumping around the same way a jellyfish does. theres about 4 of them. just noticed them this morning. i havent added anything to the tank in about a month now. i cant get a good picture. any idea?
also noticed in the corner of the tank where the glass meet, theres a bunch of egg sacks hanging from top to bottom. this is normally where the clowns hang out. are these clown eggs or something else?
