Sorry that the picture isn't very good let me try and explain what your looking at and than please tell me what in the world it is... This thing does not come out of this rock. It is deep maroon in color with a few extremely small sections of blue , it comes out at night and only slightly during the day. When I refer to coming out, I mean that it sticks out about 3/4's of the way out of the hole. When looking at it all you see are two holes one that goes into the rock and one that pops out ( like the "out" hole of a clam)it doesnt seem to have a face but when I touch it with a poker stick it reverts back into the hole in the back of the rock and covers itself with two hard shells. I hope someone can tell me what it is... I don't like touching that rock now.
