What is This New Thing In My Tank?

I have this small thing growing on a shell of a conch its about the size of a dime that is a good shot of it open its always like this most of the time
is this an anemone if so what kid is it a pest as well
I would say it is about the size of a dime for a size reference

Hard to tell, but looks like a leather coral or maybe some sort of a small LPS coral starting.
