what is this?

what is this stuff in the picture and how do i get rid of it. the tank just got done going through the cycle. should i get a clean up crew and they will get rid of it?

the temp. of the water is 87 do i need to get a chiller?

It's Diatoms .. very normal for a newly established tank. A clean up crew can help but it will dissapear over time.

Your tank temp is too high. 78-80 is a good place to keep it. You might try other methods to cool it before buying an expensive chiller.
