What is this?

I just started my tank last month. Two of my fish are starting to get white flakes on there fins. Both are the same type of fish and none of the others have them. It looks like dandruff. Should I be worried?

Yes, you should be worried. This is most likely ick.
The treatment suggestion will depend on whether you can setup a hospital tank or not, or whether you have a fish only tank or fish only with live rock, or reef.

Beth, get your facts straigt!!! You jumped my case for saying I had a fish only with live fock, rember fish only means fish only nothing else!!! I thought you would have realized that since you were so quick to point that out to me.
