what is this?

I have had my take up for two months.Fish show no sign of ich.one clown two damsels.But there are small white creatures on the glass of my tank.
Is this a stage of ich or some other parasite?
I have a powder blue tang i was gonna but in tonite. now i'm nervous about putting the tang in the tank.

Do they look like little fleas ? Probably copepods and thats good so dont worry natural fish food
