i saw in my live rock this centipede looking thing. its transperent, with lots of legs on each side. its about an inch long maybe less. its width is no more then 1 millimeter. it made its home in a very small circular hole located on one of my live rocks. its body is divided into many segments just like a centipede. In short it looks like a small centipede underwater. What is this thing and is it good or bad? what does it eat? is it normal to have something like this in my reef tank? my reef tank is 7 gallons. please help me identify this thing. thank you

Most likly this is some sort of a bristle worm..They are relativly harmless, unless they become very large. You should be ok with that one.But if there is one, there are usually more...Just watch out for any that are more than a couple inches long...
