What is Walt Smith Aquacultured live rock?

Hey everyone, I've seen this advertised and it seems pretty expensive, $165 for a 45 lb box shipped. It also says 100% hand made. Does anyone know what exactly makes this rock so special? Is it artificial? Thanks.

walt smith is one of the biggest harvesters of lr, nad 165$ for 45 lbs isn't bad, if you shop around, you may do better, but 3$/lb is a good price, and it is not artificial, i believe it is farmed(planted then raised and harvested, meaning that they don't destroy reefs, but put the rock there to grow, then remove then remove it for sale)
most of the rock sold in the us comes through walt smith, i believe he is the only harvester allowed in fiji
