What is wrong with my tank?

Recently I've had 2 fish die in my 10 gallon tank and I can't figure out whats wrong. Just yesterday my feather duster died. It actually crawled out of it's case and died. A week ago both of my condi anemones died.
This is what is in my tank at the moment:
2 baby feather dusters
blue damsel
long tentacle anemone
Hawaiian blue puffer
4 mushrooms
5 blue leg hermits
2 peppermint shrimp
horseshoe crab
I've noticed in the water when I turn the pump off that there are millions of almost microscopic worms. Would these have anything to do with my tank dying off? Please help before everything is gone!
salinity - 1.022
ammonia - 0
nitrate - 10
nitrite - 0
alkalinity - 100
pH - 8.2

The problem you have I would say is severe overcrowding.
You said that both your condi anemones died, you shouldn't really even have one in a tank that size. Expecially if you have the stock lighting.
A Puffer will definetely die in that size tank also, they need at least around 50g+
Horseshoe crabs are also needing MUCH larger tanks as they can grow up to 3ft long. They are not a good addition to any tank really as they are clumsy and die frequently.
Also you say the puffer and damsel are what you have now....on top of the two that died? 4 fish are way too much for a 10g providing they are bigger than like 1/2 an inch.
You salinity is a bit low. And are you sure that your Alk is 100? That is WAY high if it is.

You should never have 3 anemones in a 10 gal., not even one in my opinion. More than one anemone in a small space causes chemical warfare. I would say this may have something to do with it. The puffer should not be in a 10 gallon either, too small. The microscopic things that come out at night are most likely pods, which are good.

If that is in ppm/ppt? That might be a bit low. Everyone has already said everything in response to the livestock list. Severe overcrowding is definitely the case. Also sounds like a case of listening to your LFS. No anemones in a 10 gallon unless you have MH lighting and have plans for it to outgrow the tank in about a month. Puffer needs about 150 gallons minimum or so to live. Feather dusters need phytoplankton to live. Horseshoe crabs are bad to buy all together, due to them just up and dying in our systems.
As far as water parameters, raise the salinity up to about 1.025ish.
My recommendations to you would buy some zoanthids and mushrooms, and buy 2 damsels of the same species (diff species creates a battle royale). Thats about all a 10 gallon can handle comfortably.
