What is wrong with my xenia?

My xenia has been in my 90g for about 5 weeks now and has been doing great up until now. Now some of the stalks are bent over and some are closed up. my lfs says my water parameters are all good. any ideas?

too clean of water? too little/much flow, lights?

post water parameters that you test yourself. never rely on a LFS to test for you. how high is calcium?
you will likely get better results if you post coral questions in the reef tanks forum and not in the coral trading forum FYI

I have the Coralife Metal halide light 10000k. I just had the water retested and the amonia is high. i will test the water myself, thanks.

check your iodine levels. Xenia won't pulse if your iodine levels are low.

I also found if your Alk is low Xenia is unhappy

Make sure you don't have any other corals around them that could be sending out their stingers at night. Galaxia is one that is notorious for this even though there are several.
