what is wrong with this skimmer?

Established tank for about 8 months. Skimmer hooked up same time. Fishes are fed daily but COLLECTION TANK IS EMPTY.
Chemical values are perfect except for calcium which is high at 490.
Experts, what should I do?

What model Precision Marine skimmer is that? Is it creating foam? Is the foam not reaching the collection cup?

Looks like the venturi is plugged up with salt creep, not getting enough air going into the skimmer, or just needs adjusted(backpressure) if it is making good bubbles. All of this should be in the instructions for the unit.

That looks like the same skimmer I have. It does not appear that there is many bubbles. Mine it is totally white with bubbles except for the bottom where the stones are. And you have to remember that if there is nothing in the water for it to skim, then nothing is going to bubble out. It does not appear that you have anything at the top level of the bubbles that would indicate that there was stuff that was skimmed. What is in your tank?
