What is wrong

I have a huge (show) Oriole angel, and I just noticed that one of her sides, the yellow part, is covered with black, it almost looks like she rubbed aganist some black dust orsomething, should I be alarmed, or do you think it is just dirt?

Thak you for getting back to me. No, I can't post pictures, not yet. Sadly, my angel died. When we pulled her out from the rock she wedged herself into, she had black stuff on both sides of her head, and she had red spots on her, like she had bloody spots. I remember reading about the bloody spots, but I don't remember where, and what to do about it. Can someone please write back and let me know what is going on?
