I have 13.3X in my 75 gallon. I have an Emperor 400 and 2 Maxi Jet 1200's. I'd get Hydor Koralia's before I got Maxi Jet's again. Even the Hydor Koralia 1 has 400GPH vs MJ 1200's 295GPH, but the HK1 uses 3.5 watts and the MJ 120 uses 20 watts! I'd love to get a couple Hydor Koralia 4's, 1200GPH each. Badda Bam!

2 hydor koralia 4s and a mag 7 return....1200 x 2= 2400+ 480= 2880/90= 32 gph turnover

92x in my 70g........
2 Modded Maxi-Jet 1200 = 2400gph x 2 = 4800gph
2 Maxi-Jet 1200 (behind the rock wall) = 295gph x 2 = 590gph
1 Lifegard 3000 - 800gph - head room = 650gph
1 Rio 10HF - 660gph - head room = 400gph
Total of - 6440gph/70g tank = 92x turnover.
Tank top half is a heavy load of SPS and the bottom is Zoas, Ricordia, Duncans and Clams......
That should put me in the lead......

It will. Remember to point a powerhead towards you rocks when you a water change. To detach any detrius ot uneaten food that may have stopped there.
Whenever I move rocks around in the tank. They are completly clean. None of that dust like looking stuff on it.
Beleive it or not, 92x is actually a pretty good number for SPS tanks.

There is a website, I think it's like maxijetmods dot com or something I'm not 100% sure.
I've got about 600gph from my return, 660gph from my nanostream 6025, and 1189gph from the nanostream 6045 = about 45x turnover in my 55.
