I hope someone here can help me figure out what kind of mushroom this is, then maybe point me in the right direction to know how to frag them.

I would like to start them in some other tanks.

Also forgive all the green hair algae.

if your tank is a good healthy running tank they will spread like wild fire. just put a little rock rubble next to 1 of them and they will eventually pread to it. and i think but dont quote me on it but they r green frilly or hairy mushrooms?

looks like green frilly mushrooms to me. lol! I can't identify mushrooms very well, but I can tell yah how to frag...
Cut them off at the base with a razor , then slit them in two parts, through the middle. Be sure to get part of the mouth. Then, lay the pieces in a small container of crushed coral, so the base attaches to it in a couple weeks. then, you can super glue gel it to a rock. If you directly super glue gel the mushroom to a rock, it will burn the coral and probably kill it.

I also believe it is in the Actinodiscus family , as Snake suggested

What kind of clean up crew do you have? I really would work on all that hair algae, it will eventually overtake the mushrooms, and you won't have to worry about fragging them. A few good turbo's will clean it up good for you. Then work on what is causing this. I would think that your phosphates are pretty high, try a phosphate media to get rid of it.
