I got this hitch-hiker on a piece of live rock about 4 months ago. I thought that it was aptaisa (sp?) but I left it just to see. I figured if I saw more of them pop up I would know. But it is still the only one in the tank. It was clear and really tiny, now it is about 1 inch tall and purple with white stripes. It has moved to a low light area in my tank (and I don't have very bright lights anyway). I thought it would die due to the low light, but it is growing and seems to be happy. Anyone know what kind it is? I don't know much about anemones, and I had never planned on having one!
