thanks for the reply
I picked up the bubble tip for $30 and since I had two clownfish, it seemed perfect. Only one took to the anemone and a week later the other clown jumped outta my tank. I woke to him dry on the floor, he bailed overnight.

Also just moved my tank last night everything seems back to normal. Glad to only have a 37gallon tank when it comes to moving these things.

that doesnt look like a BTA to me? white disc, and pink tips?
also that clown has little black dots on it , looks like he is getting stung by the anenome, BTAs wont sting ocellaris.

Well, I had the clown for about a month before even getting the anemone and he was developing the "dots". I asked around and they said if everything checks out ok and he's eating fine, the "dots" must just be freckles and they are nothing to worry about. I had everything tested, everything came out fine and he eats great. He finally went into the anemone and has been there ever since, seems to be doing great. But Im still not sure what kind of anemone this is. I know its not a condy and its not a Haitian Pink Tip Sebae. Anyone have a name besides just BTA? :notsure:

Yes, Viper, that is exactly what it looked like when I first got it, like the Entacmaea quadricolor link you posted. It was very bright white and bubbled out everywhere. Now it more brownish with much less "bubbling" on the tentacles, which made it look like a Sebae. I havent direct fed it anything and only have a Coralife PC (130watts) light setup, I think I will try to direct feed it a silverside or some brine to see if that will help. It will be a few weeks before I can afford a MH lighting setup.

I feed my rbta a half a med shrimp. Once a week, more if you want it grow.
but not more than two a week or it will start eating just part of it and dumping the rest.

Ditto. I have the exact same pairing, and they look identical to the photo (except my anemone is about twice the size).
