What kind of corals can I keep in my 5 gal tank?

I'm going to give a suggestion that you may not find helpful or welcome, but that expresses my opinion. If I were you, I would not make this into a reef tank. Maybe get some gorgonians, but I honestly prefer the look of a horse tank without coral.
