What kind of corals can I keep under a 40(one 20 W 10,000°K and one 20 W 460 nm actinic) watt Nova Extreme T-5 Fixture in a 10 gallon tank?

just about any LPS, octocoral, false coral or zoanthid or other softies. with a few exceptions (the highest light demnading would be risky. and I wouldnt suggest clams or anemones for their long term health. (that is if they are t-5 HO, if they are regular t-5 probably less)

Since they aren't high-output, you're more limited. The right HO setup would allow you to keep whatever you wanted, but since they are not, softies and some of the lower light demanding LPS would work.

Nova extreme are HO so anything but clams and SPS I think. since they dont have individual reflectors. I think a 10g is way to small for a anemone unless you wanted a flower/rock anemone

doesnt matter..its not individual reflectors and only 20w of real growing light..actinics dont really do much for growing.
