The big fish is a leaf-lip grouper/clown soapfish (Pogonoperca punctata)...they get LARGE (14") and will eat anything that fits into their mouths. They can also nuke your tank if they die or get stressed.
The second fish is a cleaner wrasse (Labroides dimidiatus). In captivity, they often starve because they don't eat prepared foods well and they don't get enuff food off of their tankmates (if they groom them at all). There have also been cases where the wrasse is starving and driving its tankmates crazy because it is being overly "insistent".
A similar-looking fish that is a fabulous little groomer is the neon goby. Rather than chasing down its "clients", it will set up a grooming station and waits for the fish to line up. These little fish can be kept in small groups as well.
