what kind of glue for acrylic

hello
i just bought a used hob wet/dry made by amiracle and it has a nice crack in it and i was wondering what was the best thing to use to fix a crack in acrylic (super glue, epoxy, silicone).
please help asap

true acrylic cement is [methylene chloride] Perhaps weld on (which is good stuff) contains this as well. I had a hard time finding the weld on stuff even on line for a good price and a small quantity. Had a friend that works in a lab that uses the stuff and he got me a bottle of the mehtylene chloride, it will evaproate right in the bottle but is really good stuff, no leaks. Water thin, use a syringe and it will take care of that crack. Weldon use the lower number and a syringe, I think the IPS16 is to thick for what you want to do.

16 is thicker and comes in a tube which looks like a silicone tube. The Weld-on that is thinner, like water is #4. You need to find an acrylic shop near you to get it though as it is considered Hazardous Material and needs a special permit to send it via mail. Also like Thomas said you need to apply it via a syringe or a bottle with a needle on it to prevent it from getting everywhere.

Amiracle suggested model airplane glue. I had the same probleum and it has never leaked again.
