. . . and more importantly, do you think he's a safe tankmate for my seahorses or should I put him in one of the other tanks? He's acclimating now. The kid in the store I THINK said he's a bullet goby, but there were so many I may have gotten the names mixed up.

Thanks....now that I've got a much better look at him and looked at tons of photos of gobies and blennies, you're right - he's a blenny. WHAT KIND is yet to be determined but I guess it doesn't much matter - I'm not going to chance him in the horse tank - he'll be more welcomed in the 55 with tons of rockwork. Today he is very dark with a white spot on either side of his mouth. I don't suppose that little tidbit is an identifying factor, huh?
