What kind of lights would i need for a 45

gallon to be able to have anemones? I already have PC coralife 36", if i need MH's how many and is there a set up i can buy? thanks

I would go with either a single 250W MH or dual 150w HQI (double ended) bulbs. With the single, you should augment it with some PC lights as your tank is a little long for complete coverage (covers about 2 feet).
