What kind of lion fish is this?

Okay everyone, PLEASE someone tell me what kinda Lion this is. Its all black EXCEPT on the tip of all its fins, its like bright red. I'm sorry for the poor quailty of the pics. It was on my camera phone, and the lighting was VERY bad. But I think you can get a pretty good Idea
