What kind of worm is in my Sump??

I found two of these worms today in my refugium growing in the Chaetomorpha. I have a new setup, and was not sure if these worms are the good kind. I also have a few amphipods or copepods, which I know is beneficial to my system.
Have any of you seen this pinkish worm before?

Really?? That's awesome if it is. I didn't know they get to be so big and pinkish in color.

Well it doesn't have legs or antennae like I would expect to see on Amphipods, and it seems much larger, than the ones I have seen before.
