What light helps show off live rock the best ??

I have a FO tank and wanted to enhance rock a bit. Right now I have just the two strip lights that came with it. (65 gal) Not too sure what kind they are, what bulbs if any can I put right into the fixtures I have to get better lighting. OR do I need to upgrade everything ??

You don't need any special lighting for live rock. If you want it to really shine, try a true actintic bulb. Brings out the purple very nicely.

In my 45g fowlr tank i use NO output bulbs (for now). I use 1-10k bulb and 1-actinic bulb. I like the look of this, really shows off the dark purples of the coraline algae on the lve rock. HTH

i use one of the full spectrum bulbs that came with my tank, and one blue actinic. looks really good, now that im finally getting some purple to grow. ive heard that you should put some calcium in your water to help your algae grow, yet to try it though, im going to get some calcium soon though.
