what lighting should i settle for?

i am upgrading, more like rebuilding a 120gal tank. i need to decide on lights because i want corals this time around and i cant remember if the general rule is 3-5wats per gallon. plus i hae a deep 120, its 60x18x"24ish" its got the same footprint of a 75 regular.
heres my options:
1) fixture one:
3- 250 Metal Halide 15k bulbs included HQI Double ended (750 watts)
2 - 65 watt power compact actinic (blue) bulbs + 2- 96 power compact actinic bulbs included (322 watts)
2) fixture 2:
ATI 60" 6x80W SunPower T5 High-Output Fixture (found on ebay)
3) fixture 3:
2 X 150 HQI Metal Halide
2X 54 Watt T5 HO
+ Moonlights

4)
2 X 250 Metal Halide
4X 54 Watt T5 HO
+ Moonlights
how much of a sun do i need to make for corals in a deep tank?

I would do option 4 - with 15k hqi bulbs & actinics or 50/50's on the T5's. It'd be a very reef capable tank
