what lighting would you recomend....

If u want all kinds of reef stuff u could do a vho retro kit or if u want real good lighting go metal halide both should probubly be either
10k or 12k alot of guys are startin to run the Iwasaki 6.5k metal halide i hear they are good to

You don't need to much light if you don't want to only want fish and inverts.

For a 75 reef I would do 2 250W MH and 2 VHO actinic.
That is just me though. It would allow you do to most anything you wanted.
