What lights should I use for a 180g fish only tank with live rock?

I had a local fish guy sell me my whole setuo and I want to know what would be the best lights to have for it. I am totally unsure on what the lights he gave me are. All i know is that there are to fixtures and they both have a white bulb about 18" long in them. There are no wattage or any other numbers on the bulbs so I dont know how to describe them better. Like I said it will be a fish only tank with live rock.

Well in a fo tank you don't need any special lighting. But if you put on some vho's or pc's your fishes colors would be a lot more vibrant.
