What media should I use for Rena Filstar XP3?

I am buying a tank and comes with a Rena Filstar 3 canister filter. What type of media besides carbon should I use? Thanks

I have the same filter on my 55g. I use 20 and 30ppi foam on the bottom. One tray is empty and the other has some biostars that came with the filter. I use it for flow more than anything.
