what might this be?

Could someone ID this stuff that is growing on my LR? It is in the center of the pic. It is white and coarsely hairy without any defined center or disc ala the dreaded aiptasia. Although it may be as I am certainly no authority on aiptasia.
This has appeared on LR which has been in my tank about 2 1/2 months.

I see a little coraline and maybe the starts of a q'tip sponge?

really impossible to tell with out a closer or more defined shot. but as a random guess i would say sponge?????
