I finally removed all my fish from my main tank into a hospital tank (Ich). I will be treating the hospital tank with copper and letting the main go fallow (6weeks).
Do I need to clean my nets, buckets that were used in the main? Will letting them dry out kill any Ich that got on them?
Is there anything else that I need to know/worry about during this process?

I'm not an expert on ich, but you may have better luck treating it with hyposalinity than copper. Be careful with the copper, some fish are very sensitive to it.
I've never cleaned my nets after an ich outbreak, but maybe I should have. I never even thought about it...

Yes, nets should definitely be cleaned after an ich outbreak. A simple soaking in freshwater will kill anything that is on them though.
As Alyssia said, hypo would be much better than copper. Many fish, including tangs, angels, butterflies, puffers, and some others, are sensitive to copper and can even kill them.
