what next

I am pretty sure my tank is close to being cycled, it has been about 4 weeks now and these are my readings.....
P.H.- always been 8.2, however today, 8.0
Amm.- .25
trites- 0
trates- 20
I also am getting a light brown dusting on my LR ad LS
I have a 30g (fish only planned), with 15lbs LR and 20lbs LS mixed with 40lbs play sand. I seem to have alot of criters already (no idea what they are though).
My question is what to do next if I am even there yet. I hear alot about a clean-up crew. Would this be my next step? If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

hang out a bit longer your ammonia must be -0- and so must your nitrites , nitrates should also be 0

trates most likely will not be 0 w/o some kind of treatment or using of a sump w/ caulapia in it or w/o water changes...trates are end product of nitrogen cycle...but your ammo should be 0 as well as trites should be 0 & would be best to wait still...
if you use the SEARCH feature on this site w/ keyword of HITCH HIKERS it might provide you w/ links on info on some of the critters in your tank that came from you LR
