What options do I have: HOB skimmer for 150G

I have a 150 Gallon with only a ~15 gallon home made sump/fuge. There is no room for a respectable skimmer in there and I do not feel like redoing the sump as it serves its purpose. What is a good option for HOB? I have about 13" clearance on the back of my tank. I am running a dual bakpak2 and a skimmer that is part of the toms rapids pro ps3. The bakpak has not been removing anything since I got the rapids pro ps3 combo wet/dry. It is possible that the skimmer in this ps3 is doing all the work and I may not need bigger. The bakpak use to go crazy until I got the PS3 setup. Tank is a FOWLR, 120lb rock for now. Lion, Niger, Bursa, Dogface, Pinktail and PBT. 150 gallons. Suggestions are appreciated at this point!

Deltec MCE600. Not sure if it will be enough on a fully loaded 150 but it is about the best HOB on the market.
I have the new Octopus 800S and I am not sure how well it works yet. It is still breaking in.
Another good option is the Bermuda Rouge.
On a budget? Look at the Octopus 300F.
