What pump for My skimmer?

I got a Kent Nautilus TE skimmer for my tank. They say they recommend one of the two skimmers: Tamm Rio 2100 or the Mag-Drive supreme 700. Does it matter for the skimmer? I see the Rio is cheaper but I wanna go with what is best choice.

well magdrive makes a better quality pumps then rio. Sometimes a skimmer will perform better with a higher rated pump then it calls for. Search around on the net and see what pump others are using in that skimmer and i wouldn't be surprised if you find people running the mag 9.5.
After some Google of my own i see the recommended GPH flow rate is up to 900gph so you can base your pump choice on that number.

Really? Everything I keep reading on this is around the 700 mark. Thats the only thing I find recommended too. It will be OK for this size pump? Should I go for the recommended size or higher?

if you feel most comfortable at the 700 range then thats what you should go for.
