What should I do? Fuge DSB

I have 2 tanks plumbed into the same setup downstairs. I have a 92 corner and a 120. The 92 drains into a 40 gallon Fuge which drains into a 110 sump and the 120 drains directly into the 110 sump. I have less than an inch of sand in the 2 DT's and I wanted to see what I should do with the sump and the fuge downstairs? I have about 3 inches of fine sand in the 40 fuge and nothing in the 110. I have a total of about 350 pounds of LR. I wanted to know if I should put a DSB in the 110 also and or what else I should do? I want to make 2 tanks as beneficial as I can.
