What should I do with my 55g tank?

I'm open for suggestions...
I'm about to move all my fish over to the 75g RR tank that we have no up and running.
One option is to just tear down the 55 and put it in the storage shed waiting for a larger system and then make it into a refugium at that point.
Another option is to turn it into a frag tank? What type of lighting should I have on it then? I have a spare Sunpod 150W that I could hang over it.
Any other ideas?

The frag tank idea is cool, but you'd likely need more lighting to grow anything out, unless it was way at the top. Maybe a T5 fixture plus the halide would give you a great start. Just a thought...

Planted reef?
A DSB with Tonga branch rock, featuring a bunch of different macro algaes and mangroves with a small school of African Flameback Angels.

UGH, no more new tanks for our house!
Then take your 55 and put it in the shed for six months. After your tanks are running and you see how much work is involved, then you can decide what to do with it.

will you ship to 80014 ?

Seriously I say leave it up and go for a frag tank . Some PVC pipes made into a stand and some egg create and make a nice little frag garden .

How big is the sunpod. I say frag tank if the the light is long enough to cover the tank.
It's not long enough, It's only 24 inches wide. It came with the hanging kit, but still...
I may take the majority opinion and put the tank aside for now :)

I would use it for a refugium. You could still use it as a frag tank that way and only have to do water changes for one tank. All you need is a light under the stand.
