what should I do.

dont know what to do. I resealed my tank, and am now testing it for leaks.
I was in my lfs yesterday and they have a beautiful corner bowfront. New. Its a 70 gal where mine is a 54 gal. It has a potion of the back that is flat, so filteration fits better. It has a beautiful dark wood stand and canopy. The canopy has two doors in the front for easy access.
My canopy has to come off if I want to work in the tank.
I'm not sure if I trust it now that I had to reseal it.
My daughter need braces.
Do I spent the 850.00 for the new tank. My husband said I could, but

LOL.....It would already be in my Living Room.....That's how I got the 54g...it was for sale at my NOT SO LFS as a set up reef.....corals, lights, filter, EVERYTING as is for $800....I took one look at it...looked over at my husband and it was delivered the next night

Now it is home to my horses

Maybe you can make payments on the braces.

It's a tough choice, but I would'nt let go of all the time and elbow grease you just put into your (unfortunately) smaller tank.
Options to consider,
Could you sell your existing tank?? What could you get for it??
Could you find a larger used tank, that would'nt cost so much??
Do you just want that pretty, new, sparkly tank?? Then just do it! You'll find a way.

I think its the new unscratched, nice canopy. Not that mine has many scratches, but it does have a few.
I could put mine in the lfs on consinement and prob get about 70 to 100 bucks for it.
though they give more if you take store credit.
I guess I'll talk to hubby more, or I could just tell his it still leaks

If they will give you store credit for your old tank...DO IT!! Put it towards this one....that's even less then...
I wore braces for 3 years...just tell your daughter they are way over rated

shes almost 12 and the kids are starting to make fun of her. They arent bad, but the bottoms are crowded and she has an overbite. kids can be so crule

LOL..I hope you know I was kidding

My oldest had 2 front teeth that almost faced each other...The orthodontist wanted me to wait until all her perm teeth were in (including bottom) The top was 90% permanent...I insisted, and they fixed the top before she got to the stage of "mean" kids....I have never regretted the decision
ANYWAY you really do not see the bottom as much, and with crowded teeth, a lot of times if they remove one the others will space out

She gets called beaver a lot, and her teeth arent like that, she just has an overbite.
